About the course

Evidence based nursing is the dedicated use of current best evidence in making decisions about patient care. The impact of evidence-based practice has echoed across nursing practice, education, and science.

The evidence based nursing approach bridges the gap between the most appropriate nursing care of individuals, groups and populations with varied needs.

Healthcare that is evidence-based and conducted in a caring context leads to better clinical decisions and patient outcomes.

Gaining knowledge and skills in the evidence based practice process provides nurses the tools needed to take ownership of their practices and transform health care.

This course aims at helping nurses to implement evidence based nursing into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.
